Deadline
Submission of abstracts
- Communications’ section on the Congress website www.icrip2026larioja.com
- All proposals must be submitted in English and received by the announced deadline.
- Submissions must be related to the Congress topics.
- At least one author responsible for the presentation must be registered for the Congress.
- Abstract format: limited to 500 words, including Introduction/Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions and Acknowledges (if any).
- Abstract title: limited to 150 characters.
- Key words: maximum of 5.
- Tables, photographs or graphics in any format (gif, jpg, etc.) are not allowed.
- Presenting author’s contact details: full first and family name(s), email address and affiliation details: Institution/hospital, department, city, state (if relevant), country.
- Co-authors should indicate the name they would like to appear in the publication and their affiliation.
- Presentation Type (Oral/Poster): The Scientific Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for presentation, with consideration given to the author’s preference, based on the thematic unification of the sessions.
- At the time of submission, the author will be required to provide a brief conflict of interest statement on behalf of all co-authors.
- Abstracts can be edited until the submission deadline.
Instructions for oral presentations
All communications selected for ORAL PRESENTATIONS must be presented at the conference by one of the authors listed in the abstract submission.
Presenters will have 7 minutes for the oral presentation, followed by 3 minutes for discussion. Oral presentation must consist of a maximum of 6 slides. Please, avoid slides with multiple sequential fields.
Presentations must be created using the template that can be downloaded from the Conference website in the COMMUNICATIONS section. Presentations will be PPTX files in 16:9 format.
You must send your presentation to info@icrip2026larioja.com as a .pptx file named with the presentation code. The attached file must be no larger than 5 MB.
At the time of submission, the author will be required to provide a brief conflict of interest statement on behalf of all co-authors.
Instructions for poster authors
All communications selected for POSTER will be exhibited on panels installed at the Congress venue in a specific area designated for this purpose during the sessions…
Poster must be created in PowerPoint using the template provided by the organization.
Posters must be printed on paper in vertical A0 format (approximately 84 cm wide x 119 cm high).
All poster boards will be labelled with a poster number. There will be adhesive tape in the poster areas for hanging them.
